About Young Chefs Academy

Young Chefs Academy, based in Waco, Texas, is a culinary arts franchise for children.  Its mission is to provide an interactive teaching experience that gives children the opportunity to learn food preparation skills and develop a lifelong love for culinary arts. Young Chefs Academy empowers children and teens to develop healthier relationships with food through cooking, enabling them to better follow passions in any pursuit.

Franchise History

Established in April 2003, Young Chefs Academy offers cooking classes to children in a safe environment that encourages discovery and creativity. While learning food preparation skills is the main ingredient at YCA, each class adds a heap of kitchen safety, a scoop of etiquette, a handful of table setting, a pinch of menu planning, and laughter to taste.
