STRONG is a fitness movement combining rowing and biking with Pilates-inspired movements using the innovative Rowformer and Bike machine. A STRONG class lasts between 45-50 minutes, incorporating a mixture of cardio HIIT training and Pilates-inspired strength and resistance training. 

Franchise History

STRONG Pilates first launched in October 2019 at its flagship studio at Elsternwick in Melbourne, Australia before expanding interstate to Queensland in 2020 and all other states in 2021.
