Franchise History

In 1929, Marion E. Wade, a former minor league baseball player, founded ServiceMaster as a mothproofing company based out of Chicago, Illinois. Just 23 years later, it expanded to include franchised carpet cleaning services. Over time, ServiceMaster Clean has grown to provide a variety of exceptional cleaning services to a range of commercial and residential properties. The brand moved its headquarters to Memphis, Tennessee in 2007 then transferred to Atlanta in 2021, as a company that provides professional cleaning services to homes and businesses every day.
