Under the new tagline, “The Experts In Charge,” the company is celebrating the services, battery knowledge, and hands-on repairs that set it apart in providing immediate solutions for businesses and consumers.

In the age of AI assistance and “How-To” videos, Batteries Plus is reminding customers that sometimes, the most effective solution isn’t a search result, but a real person with real answers. This campaign champions the brand’s in-store experts who listen, problem-solve, and deliver personalized service across a wide range of battery and recycling needs.
