Maaco Ready to “ride the Wave” at the 2024 Maaco Annual Convention

October 24, 2024 // Franchising.com // CHARLOTTE, NC – The Maaco franchisee family will set sail from the sandy beaches of Hollywood, FL, as they “Ride the Wave” at their 2024 annual convention, November 14-17, 2024, at the Diplomat Hotel. Together, they will celebrate their achievements of the past year, participate in networking opportunities, hear from the Maaco leadership team and dive into the year ahead.

That evening will open with a Havana Nights Welcome Reception at the pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. During the celebration, exemplary owners will be honored with awards and recognition such as the Multi-Shop Owner (MSO) of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Regional Cup winners, and many more.

Day two will begin with a general session for special messages and exclusive insights from Maaco leadership and business partners. During the session, awards for Vendor of the Year and Rookie Vendor of the Year will be presented. Additionally, the highest Maaco accolade, the Tony Martino Award, will be presented. Breakout sessions will occur in the afternoon and will include the topics such as how to master fleet work, CCC ONE® Profitability, and a franchisee-led panel on best practices and strategy for converting to CCC ONE®.

The evening’s activities will feature a spectacular vendor tradeshow – the largest in recent years – and dinner, all with a beach theme!

The final day will start with a Maaco Gives Back charity event to benefit the Maaco Heart Fund and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Additional fundraising opportunities will also be available throughout the week.

The 2024 Maaco Convention festivities will close with a special celebration – a Monte Carlo Casino Royale Night.
