Taco John’s Reopens In Hopkinsville
November 07, 2016 // Franchising.com // After a brief hiatus, the Taco John’s® at 2525 Fort Campbell Road in Hopkinsville will be back in business, starting at 7am on Monday, November 7. Kim Inman, a Kentucky resident with nearly 27 years of experience with the quick-service Mexican restaurant chain, is excited to become part of the local community.
Hopkinsville, KY Taco John's restaurant“We really want to get involved in the community. I want to be involved in the schools, sponsoring different sports activities, getting in tune with all of the local businesses,” says Inman, owner of the Hopkinsville Taco John’s®. “We need to get involved everywhere in Hopkinsville and across Christian County.”
Inman and a business partner own the Taco John’s® restaurants in Murray, Mayfield and Benton. Her experience in the industry makes her optimistic about Hopkinsville.
“There is so much opportunity here. I don’t see any reason why this store can’t be really successful,” says Inman. “It’s a great location. Thousands of people drive by it every day. There’s no reason why they can’t become our customers.”
When the Hopkinsville Taco John’s® reopens next week, Inman will honor the Golden Tickets for free Potato Olès® that were awarded when the restaurant initially opened a year ago. The restaurant’s hours will be:
- Monday through Thursday - 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Friday - 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. with the drive-thru open until 11 p.m.
- Saturday - 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. with the drive-thru open until 11 p.m.
