CKE Restaurants, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year End 2009 Conference Call and Webcast

(NYSE: CKR) announced today that the company will release its fiscal fourth quarter and year end fiscal 2009 results on Wednesday, Mar. 25, 2009, after market close.
