Mini Churros Roll into Jack in the Box® restaurants
October 28, 2008 // Franchising.com // San Diego, – From pint-sized pets to miniscule mobile phones to compact cars, it's increasingly clear that big is out and small is in! Today, Jack in the Box® restaurants add to the trend with Mini Churros – crunchy, bite-sized pastries with a cinnamon sugar filling. Jack's new Mini Churros, which are based on the classic Latin-style treat, reflect a growing trend in the restaurant industry toward smaller desserts.
"Bite-sized treats, like our new Mini Churros, have been increasing in popularity," said Teka O'Rourke, director of menu marketing and promotions for Jack in the Box Inc. "They're ideal for guests who want just a little something sweet after a meal or as a snack."
Mini Churros are available for the suggested prices, excluding tax, of $1.00 for five churros and $1.89 for 10 churros, at all participating Jack in the Box restaurants. Prices may vary by market/restaurant.
