Zpizza Signs First Location in Texas

April 11, 2008 // Franchising.com // - FLOWER MOUND — zpizza, the Southern California based gourmet pizza chain announced the first of four zpizza restaurants in Dallas. Wee Pie One LLC, zpizza's Dallas franchisee's, recently signed a lease in Flower Mound and expects to open in late June or early July this year.

"zpizza's popularity is growing by leaps and bounds nationwide because of its innovative take on the gourmet pizza segment," said a representative from Wee Pie One, LLC. "We are really looking forward to opening the very first Texas zpizza restaurant in Flower Mound."

zpizza signed their first location in the 1,400 square feet retail space in Plaza Towne Center, a shopping center located at the southwest quadrant of FM 2499 and FM 1171. The new zpizza will be among retail and restaurant giants such as Life Time Fitness, Kroger, Subway and Blockbuster. Ryan Richardson, Marshall Ballard and Matt Luedtke with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations.

zpizza plans additional locations throughout Dallas/Fort Worth including Southlake, Highland Village, Grapevine, Park Cities, Highland Park, Colleyville and Frisco.
