Country Inns & Suites By Carlson Opens In Iron Mountain, Mich.

IRON MOUNTAIN, Mich. -- (July 30, 2007) -- A new 84-room Country Inn & Suites By Carlson has opened its doors for business at W8172 South US Highway 2 in Iron Mountain, Mich.

The hotel features an indoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness center. Other amenities include a complimentary hot and cold breakfast and a 40-person capacity meeting room with fax and copy service available. The hotel offers a variety of guest rooms including standard rooms, studio suites, whirlpool rooms, one bedroom suites and an extended stay suite. All rooms feature complimentary high-speed Internet access. This Country Inn & Suites property is located within five miles of Ford Airport and 109 miles from Sawyer International Airport. There are a variety of recreational activities in the area including downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, and hunting. The hotel is also located close to the Cornish pump and mining museum and five miles from the Pine Grove Country Club.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2007, Country Inns & Suites offers locations that feature traditional architecture and sophisticated residential interior design with hardwood flooring, lobby fireplace and decorative ceiling borders.
