Ruby Tuesday Announces Plans For Five Restaurants In Southern Wisconsin

(Wednesday, April 25, 2007) - Ruby Tuesday, Inc., one of the nation's leading casual dining restaurant companies, today announced plans for the opening of five franchised restaurants over the next five years in southern Wisconsin. The restaurants will be developed by RT Holdings of Southern Wisconsin, LLC and operated by RT Restaurants of Southern Wisconsin, LLC. Principals of both companies include Darell Imler, Henry Laka, Ken Kilberger and Don Carlson.

Mr. Carlson, a Ruby Tuesday veteran, has more than 13 years of restaurant management experience and will oversee operations of the five new Wisconsin locations. The other principals each have over 25 years of restaurant operations, development, and finance experience.
