Plano, Texas Express Personnel Services Office Under New Ownership

PLANO, Texas, April 6, 2007 â€" Express Personnel Services announces Debbie Strain as the new owner of the Plano Express Personnel office. The Plano office has been in business since June 2005, fulfilling the company's mission to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many businesses as possible find good employees.

Strain has 14 years of experience with Express Personnel Services. Since 1993, she has served in various roles, including staffing consultant, office manager, operations manager and most recently on the Texas Star Region Development Team. Strain earned her bachelor's degree in economics from Texas A&M University. She is also involved with the Mid-Cities Human Resources Association and the Plano Chamber of Commerce.
