About Neighbors Choice™

Neighbors Choice® is the franchise sales organization of sister company Neighborhood News Inc. Neighbors Choice™ allows franchisees the flexibility of working at home in their designated territory and to help bridge the gap between residents and the business community. While franchisees work with neighborhood groups to build their territory, they will also sell ad space to local business owners. The corporate team then facilitates the distribution of customized newsletter content, printing, and website design for each designated neighborhood group.

Franchise History

Susan Schopp, a San Antonio native, started Neighborhood News in 1996 as a home-based business selling ads and publishing neighborhood newsletters for homeowners' associations. As more neighborhoods and municipalities became clients, she leased office space, hired employees and created in-house mailing and printing departments. Neighborhood News Inc. began franchising under the name Neighbors Choice™ in March 2020 to serve additional communities throughout the U.S.
