Franchise History

When Charles Hibble’s wife began burning through their family’s cell phone upgrades, he researched the right tools and tinkered around with her phone in an attempt to fix it. Ultimately his repair culminated with a welcoming white Apple symbol and a business idea. Realizing the need for quick, quality device repair, Charles teamed up with friend and long term business partner Chad Altier to form iDropped. Today, the company operates six retail locations and since launching a franchise program in 2014, has taken on franchisees with 10 more units in the works.
