IHOP Operator Adding Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar Locations

An eight-unit IHOP franchisee has signed a development agreement with Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar. The new deal will see NOS Development LLC open three Big Whiskey’s restaurants in south Florida. NOS Development is the restaurant development group of Nosnaws Corporation.

“From the beginning we really believed in the concept and what it could do in the region,” said Steve Swanson, president of Nosnaws Corporation. “We can’t wait for guests to come in and try the food and have a drink at Big Whiskey’s signature bar.” The first location is set to open in Broward County by the end of this year in a 6,300 square building that’s being overhauled to accommodate a Big Whiskey’s.

NOS Development’s two additional Florida locations will open in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County area. The group is looking at further expansion into the Tampa and Orlando areas.

Big Whiskey’s has other locations in Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
